Return & Refund Policy

At Super Sips, we are committed to delivering a great experience with every order. Returns or replacements are only applicable for damaged products. Please note that minor dents or damage to the outer packaging will not be considered for returns.​

When Can I Request a Return or Replacement?

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You receive a damaged product (excluding minor packaging damage).

• You receive a wrong item in your order.

• A unit is missing from your order.

Please contact us at hello@drink-super.com within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate the process.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Send an email to hello@drink-super.com with:

   • Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product

   • Images of the outer packaging for verification

2. Once reviewed, we will arrange a reverse pickup and send a replacement only (no refunds), depending on availability.

Return & Replacement Guidelines

• 7-Day Replacement & Exchange Policy: If eligible, the replacement will be delivered within 7 days.

• The product must be returned in its original, sealed condition. Opened or used products will not be eligible.

• Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Personal preferences such as taste or texture.

  • Individual reactions, including stomach discomfort or headaches.

  • Products returned without their original packaging and accessories.
